CCAP: 'Wag kayong maniniwala na kailangan niyong i-surrender ang lumang credit card mo para protektado ka. May fraudster na nagpapanggap na i-upgrade ang card mo.
CCAP: Kahit hindi ikaw ang gumamit, itawag mo agad sa bangko para ma-block ang account mo.
CCAP says borrowers can negotiate for loan restructuring: Ang mga bangko may mga repayment scheme na ini-offer, pwede sila mag-offer na i-restructure ang utang mo. Maraming paraan ang bangko para makabayad ka.
