1. Most know the GOF work performed by 'Baric et al using the mouse-adapted SARS backbone (MA15) with the 'SHC014' S Protein provided by the WIV. What may not be known is the work was contd. under funding by the NIH via 'Peter Hotez' in 2017 at the WIV πŸ‘‡

2. Funding to Shibo Jiang and Lanying Du, sub-grant from Peter Hotez, to the WIV in 2017. Here, the WIV created a chimeric WIV1 with the SCH014 Spike (WIV-SCH014) and found practically the same results as Baric: the chimeric could NOT be neutralised πŸ‘‡
