Leo, who goes by the name "purepower_88" on Telegram is an extremely prolific online neo-Nazi personality, and owns several explicitly neo-Nazi Telegram channels with thousands of followers that pump out NSC content and other neo-Nazi propaganda

The content Leo puts out is virulently anti-semitic, and he has on multiple occasions called explicitly for violence against Jews, saying in one post he "wrote and executed the final solution". Leo pumps out dozens of posts and rants like this everyday

Aside from constant violent and neo-Nazi posts, Leo makes his own propaganda for NSC and other groups in the form of shitty photo/video edits. Again, these are just a few of the many examples, as Leo has been the main propaganda creator for NSC since about August 2021

Leo, as the regional recruiter/leader for New Hampshire, has attended most NSC events since about August 2021, when he first attended NSC's demo in Nashua, New Hampshire. Leo is often extremely aggressive at NSC demos and generally helps organize members.

In fact, at a recent NSC demo where they dropped banners over Storrow drive in Boston, Leo attacked an individual considerably smaller than him who confronted NSC. Leo got up in the person's face, smacked their phone out of their hand, and proceeded to make a video edit of it.

Leo is clearly deeply involved in the online neo-Nazi community and with NSC, and is extremely violent in his neo-Nazis. This violence goes back years, presumably before any signs of radicalization.

In 2009, Leo was arrested and charged with planning to sell oxycodone in Londonderry, NH, and it was also indicted for helping steal a gun used in a 2007 murder. He served roughly 5 years in prison and was released in 2015.

This violent past in addition to Leo's extreme and violent neo-Nazism is extremely concerning to communities across New England. We think that the Manchester and wider New England communities need to know about Leo and his violent beliefs/behavior.

Finding Leo was not all that hard, especially given the fact that he shares many pictures of himself and used his real name on an obscure white supremacist podcast in 2020. Additionally, Leo has posted many photos of himself that were also featured on his partners Facebook page.

For example, a series of photos Leo posted on one of his channel can all be found unobscured on his partner's Facebook. Additionally, many photos taken by Leo can be used to trace him

A picture of him lifting can be traced to ACE Fitness in Littleton, NH. It is unclear if Leo is a member of the gym but we urge people to reach out to ACE fitness and inform them of Leo's violent neo-Nazism that could potentially be a danger to customers. acebarbell.com

To conclude, Leo A. Cullinan of Manchester, NH is an extremely violent neo-Nazi with a history of violence. Given this, he is an active threat to communities across New England, and people must be aware of him in order to create community defense against NSC and other fash groups

Fuck NSC, Fuck Leo Cullinan, and Fuck fascists. We protect our own communities and while they may try to intimidate us, our communities are so much stronger than neo-Nazi groups like NSC. Fight back and let them know they're not welcome
