The incompetence of the @BorisJohnson circus of clowns, collectively known as the UK Tory government, descends into farce.
Johnson announced sanctions against 5 small private banks in Russia. However, he got a bit mixed up and included the Russian State bank (not sanctioned) ...
@BorisJohnson ... in his official statement.
One of the private banks is called Bank Rossiya, with an address in St Petersburg. The Russian State bank is known colloquially in Russian also as Bank Rossiya, but with an address in Moscow.
Guess which bank was listed by ...
@BorisJohnson ... the UK as sanctioned?
The mistake was discovered by the foreign office hours after the official statement was released, and the error quietly changed.
The Russians knew about the error, but calmly waited for red faced British officials to correct it, knowing sanctions ...
@BorisJohnson ... against the Russian State bank will never happen, not least because too much Russian money is invested in the UK for Johnson to even think about proper financial sanctions. Russians said to be extremely 'amused' by the British show of incompetence.
Allies said to have ...
@BorisJohnson ... "raised eyes to heaven" at the British incompetence.
A reminder: it's our country Johnson is reducing to a laughing stock in the eyes of the world.
Is anyone still prepared to vote for these clowns?

Facts conveniently forgotten by the press since Boris Johnson became PM.
In 2017 Johnson set up a new 'free' trade think tank, called the IFT:
#BackBorisJohnson Image
One year later, in 2018 the IFT revealed their post brexit plans for letting US firms run the NHS.
So #BackBorisJohnson if you want the NHs to be run by private US health firms.
Or don't: Image
They are not even shy about talking about letting American billionaires run the NHS.
Because they know the pliant UK press lackies will keep silent and people who #BackBorisJohnson will be too stupid to notice. Image

Questions journalists should be asking #DominicCummngs
1)Why couldn't your wife drive?
2) Why couldn't your niece come to London?
3) Why did you drive when you had poor eyesight?
4) How can a 4-year-old go from London to Durham without a toilet break?
5) How is going even ...
.. for a short drive not breaking the stay-at-home rules?
6) Why is it not possible to arrange child-care help in London?
7) Not breakng the rules applies if your family have a sprawling estate hundreds of miles away. Is that your opinion?
8) It's simple. You left home ...
... several times while members of your family displayed symptoms of illness and had been exposed to COVID. How is that not breaking the rules to stay-at-home?
9) Exceptional circulmstances for breaking the rules with young children surely refer to the child being in immediate...

My theory about Boris Johnson's no-deal plans.
He's a historian with a great eye on history. My theory is he first of all just wanted to go down in history on the list of British PMs, have his painting on the wall of nr 10 (or wherever PM portraits hang). His name is now...
... in the history books, whatever happens. He's not stupid. He knew to win the leadership contest, he HAD to be a hard brexiter. So he was. Nothing else mattered at that time.
Now he's already guaranteed his name has gone down in history, he has to deal with the promises ...
... he made to his party and the hard brexiters who elected him. But again, he's not stupid. He knows a hard no-deal Brexit will bankrupt the country. And that also doesn't look good in the history books. So what to do?
He doesn't back down - that would make him look like...

The GREAT EU DEBATE featuring two of the finest debaters on opposite sides of the argument:
@BorisJohnson vs @BorisJohnson

#BorisJohnsonShouldNotBePM
First up.
How necessary or important was it to you that the referendum on Britain’s membership of the EU took place? Over to you first, @BorisJohnson
OK. And over to you to respond, @BorisJohnson ...

Please share this.
As I have reported previously (but ignored by any journalists), our investigation into UK antisemitism revealed threats to Jews in the UK are overwhelmingly from the Right.
These hate accounts are being IGNORED and being left to openly peddle their hate ...
... by the press because they do not fit into their fale narrative that antisemitism is from the Left.
The San Diego suspect who attacked a synagogue also was involved in attacks on Mosques.
As I have pointed out again and again - the real, dangerous antisemites hate Muslims too.
The consequences of pushing a false narrative about antisemitism coming from the left for petty party political reasons - are that rabid antisemitism AND ISLAMOPHOBIA on the hard-right is flourishing pretty much untackled here in this country.

OK @ThomasEvansSDP. Challenge accepted.
Can I prove being a UKIP activist makes you right-wing, not centrist?
1. Bill Walker, one your party's candidates in 2015, retweeted a racist cartoon from the BNP's Twitter account.
Not very 'centrist'.
tompride.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/ukip-b…
2. Michael Waddington, UKIP candidate standing in Pendle at the time you were a UKIP member, openly shared posts by Britain First on social media.
Britain First are not centrists.
3. Steve Wood - remember him - a senior UKIP member when you were also a member, listed Britain First and far-right Infidels of Britain as his Facebook likes.
'Centrists' don't usually like far-right groups. Not openly, a least.
