1/ Baseline initial behavior:

People have unique habits and personalities.

Examples:

- clearing their throat,

- scratching their head,
- touching their neck etc.
We may not notice these things at first. Even when we do, we ignore them.

These behaviors have several causes.

They could just be habits.

But, sometimes these actions signal

- dishonesty,
- rage, or
- anxiousness.

Make a note of these behaviors. This is the baseline.
