The Ukrainian delegation has arrived in the area of the Ukrainian-Belarusian border to take part in talks with Russian representatives, the Ukrainian President's Office reports. The key issue of the talks is an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of troops from Ukraine.
The delegation includes:
- Davyd Arakhamia (SoP faction head)
- Oleksiy Reznikov (Defense Minister)
- Mykhailo Podoliak (presidential office adviser)
- Andriy Kostin (first UA head in TCG)
- MP Rustem Umerov
- Mykola Tochytskyi (deputy FM)

The hall prepared for the negotiations. It's on the Belarusian territory, according to the title of Belarusian state-run Belta's stream. Ukrainian sources didn't mention the exact venue and location of the talks.
Meanwhile, various sources report on recent or ongoing shellings in Kharkiv, Chernihiv.
Also, there are social media reports on fighting near Mariupol, Donetsk, Severodonetsk.
"What a live broadcast? Switch it off!" a woman says.

Belarusian FM Makey said to the participants of the negotiations, "You can feel completely safe," Belta's video shows. After that, all journalists were kicked out.

A deliberate rocket attack on residential areas of Kharkiv, carried out amid the Russia-Ukraine negotiations in Belarus, has caused "dozens of deaths," according to local reports.
