U.S.S. STARGAZER
NCC-82893
Sagan Class Starship
Designed by: Eaves * Drexler * Blass
Concept art by John Eaves #StarTrekPicard
This is the third federation ship to have the name U.S.S. Stargazer, thus no letter was added to the registry #StarTrekPicardBTS
All three U.S.S. Stargazers can be seen on display in the Observation Lounge. Beautiful models by @BuckAdmiral who also designed the earliest Stargazer. Bill is one of the premiere Starship designers in the world and we were so lucky to get to collaborate. #StarTrekPicardBTS
There have been many ships throughout Star Trek history that have shared the same name, but had different registry numbers for new ships. The U.S.S Intrepid for example.
NCC-1631
NCC-38907
NCC-74600
The NCC-1701-A was a unique situation as the history of the ship warranted it.

When Admiral Whitley sends Picard to deal with a new Anomaly in space. She makes sure she sends plenty of backup. We get a look at 34 Starfleet Vessels in "Star Gazer", so old friends and some new. @gaghyogi49 already made a chart so I am going to steal his. #StarTrekPicardBTS
The first ship we see having issues with the Anomaly is the lone U.S.S. Avalon NCC-63887, a Akira Class Starship. One of the few that is called out by name. Original design by Alex Jaeger with modeling done by Thomas Marrone - Graphic on all charts/design by Geoffrey Mandel
Our new Hero ship #1 U.S.S. Stargazer NCC-82893 drops in and is soon joined by the (New, not Refit) #2 U.S.S. Excelsior NCC-42037, The Sutherland Class, #3 U.S.S. Almagest NCC-91870, and the U.S.S. #4 Gagarin NCC-97930. See illustrations for designers/artists.
