Some of you are not aware of topologies around us & that's ok, it can be hard to grasp, but it's part of everything. Example, the paper towel you use might be increased in function & efficiency because of texture pattern, which looks like patterned micro terrain.
When math is over our heads we can still grasp math theories, like the way our brains automatically do calculus playing sports, simulating trajectories & outcomes in barely seconds. This is inherent in everything we do, think, & speak. We just aren't aware of it.
When we automatically 'math', we do it unconsciously. Having to learn it, for some of us, is laboriously like learning another language. Some are good at words, others at math, others at art, others at horticulture & animals. Keyword is unconsciously.
When we let go of both conscious feedback (hyperawareness- feedback loop) & the emotional baggage that gunks all that up, we become more intuitive to what is happening all around us. Some of us call it 'stepping back'. It feels like body & mind mechanics are background.
You can practice doing this starting with a slow, deep relaxing breath. Do this once in awhile through the day & get used to visualizing stress & worries being released out with exhale. At first it might not feel different especially if you are tense.
Once tjis becomes a habit you start noticing a difference afterward. You are teaching your body & mind to relax, which allows it a break to reenergize. The more you can relax back from stress, the easier controlling stress will become. Like dieting, this takes time.
When we get used to 'letting go' of tension like this, our vital energy becomes less bound up in body mechanics, our minds less cluttered with hamster wheel recycled thinking. Breathing correctly is our first step into unconscious awareness.
I am not a teacher but extremely experienced with many years of fear, grief & pain. I was traumatized repeatedly as a child (not sexual) & was forced to subdue my emotional responses without consolation, so my tension & PTSD level is very high. Anxiety was destroying me.
So I can assure you this works! I started with small steps, the first is breathing. When the slow deep relaxing breath becomes your automatic response to noticing or feeling tension, you are ready to move into unconscious awareness. You become an Observer.
Being an observer is not the same as cutting off your feelings. If anything, it can deepen feelings of compassion, understanding, & forgiveness. Again, small steps. Breathe & release, let go of the automatic emotional reaction that gunks up the body & mind mechanics.
The most important thing we practice every day is kindness. This becomes so much easier when we have become practiced at releasing 'ourselves' into the background so we are free to be supportive of others. When we are observers our instincts for others get keener.
Of course we need balance. It's very important to have 'me' days so we can assess how we are really feeling. Sad days, angry days, super happy days are all important for self assessment, but if this consumes you, breathe. We can control the roller coaster body & brain chemicals.
Are you ready for lucid dreaming yet? ☺ When you get good at stepping back, the next part is stepping out. Again, small steps & patience. It's not easy at first to not drag baggage along but when you remember that regurgitation of 'thoughts' is body & mind mechanics, you can
set that aside to come back to later. We are not our thoughts, surprisingly. We create thoughts. We can create a different way to experience ourselves, life around us, & the world we live in. Lucid dreaming is a neat way to get this rolling.
Lucid dreaming can happen any time in any position during any activity but it's easier to start laying in bed before you go to sleep. Breathe, release, let go, feel your body & mind relax, then notice the first image that shows up in your mind. It might be sky or whatever.
Whatever that image is, it's part of your true spiritual background that isn't connected to daily worries. It might be something different each time you practice. Without thinking about it, follow it. If you quickly lose it, start over. Breathe, release, let go, relax out.
When you follow the image out, your body might automatically feel cringy because it was trained to do that in new situations. Take time to show your body it's not scary. Breathe, etc. Sometimes you wind up in a deep sleep without even realizing it.
When youve started your sleep cycle out like this a few times you might notice you can choose what comes next, like gliding. At this point you can slip into lucid imagination or continue 'outward'. As you fall asleep following your image(s), you will learn to control the glide.
This is not the same as gliding around your mind. This is literally experiencing more than what is around you & in you. Dreams become more than dreams. You can 'come back' feeling lime you really were somewhere else, like you really spoke with other real people.
Seeing & experiencing from a lucid point of view is different from 'real life'. Your spirit within is liberated while body & mind rest. If you enjoy learning this process you'll likely be able to do it awake, as well. It's not your thought projections but spiritual experience.
I started learning how to do these things as a child, grew up & was surprised to discover this is a real thing. I did it to survive a spiritually crushing childhood & carried it into a physically & emotionally crushing adulthood. I believe we all have this ability within us.
Getting back to topology 😂 we possess an inherent understanding of navigation over terrain, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Out brains 'map' our human experiences. I'm telling you that you can decide & learn to become the mapmaker.
Just as in my paper towel example, we can remap the way our experiences roll out. If your experience map topology looks like impossible terrain, you can change the way you see & approach it to make life in mind & body easier to navigate.
When we learn these spiritual steps out of our daily body & mind mechanics grind, we can lead our bodies & minds to greater function, efficiency, & even enjoyment despite rough circumstances. When we step out & allow room for kindness, we are healing our own selves.

So I found cicadas talking about music frequencies and my laptop got so hot my heart raced and I had to quit reading. It's been this personal a little over a year now, never happens gaming or surfing youtube. All remote disconnected and jammed up, broke the webcam years ago.
That was fun. Had to unplug & leave the room. No battery in that laptop, only way it tracks me is actually in the moment. Felt like my stomach was getting microwaved. Absolutely beautiful writeup, esp the part about using music as cloaking 🤣 I learned how to cloak ages ago.
Should've been paying more attention today. Was busy copy pasting and ignoring everything else. Was thrilled to find what I did.

I was dreaming about gaming and as I was waking up a voice said 3 more dots and you're a mage, and I was like wut because there's no dots in Elvenar. A mage has flag pull power and has enough authority to govern player ranks in fellowships. 3 more dots lol.
I found the real world version of Alex Trusk in the hypercube and connected Apple to Equinox in the worldwide black cube surveillance network last week, wonder what it'll be this is week.
I'm actually connecting the dots backward, the week before that I connected the Crown to 'precession of the equinoxes according to their precedents' and then ran into a video game called Equinox where players play strategy for victims in a human hunt in a forest.
