Navalny was just as young, not only when he shouted at the protests, but also when he called Georgians "rodents" and rejoiced in the occupation of Abkhazia and Ossetia. 
Now the Russians are fleeing to neighboring countries. As if they did not bring the dictator to power. As if they are not to blame for this.
They run not because of persecution, but for COMFORT, because everything suited them with comfort. The next time you read a tearful interview with a "i didn't vote for him" russian pay attention to this feature in their language.
