I finally decided to create a website for all the info and resources I’ve gathered over the years about accessible best practices for social media content.
This is the first site I’ve ever built from scratch, and I could not have done it without the amazing resources that @webflow makes available to creators. I did my best to make the site as accessible and user-friendly as possible.
But of course, feedback is always welcome!
I was going to wait until tomorrow to launch the website on my birthday, but I really wanted to be able to say that I launched it when I was 30 and on #HumpDay because we all know how much I love #CamelCase.
So if you really want to get me something for my birthday tomorrow, just share the site far and wide.
Let’s do our best to make everyone experts on accessible best practices for social media.
Also, this serves as the official announcement that the #AccessibleSocial guidebook will be released for purchase and download on March 31st.
I was hoping to release the guidebook tomorrow on my birthday, but I’ve received so much amazing feedback and suggestions from my peer reviewers that I want to devote more time to finalizing everything.
I’m not going to tag them because mass tag tweets are hella annoying, but I have to thank the six people who have been privy to A LOT of my nervous rambling this past month while I worked on the website: Jackie, Nicole, Austin, CK, Sy, and Brianne. Love y’all.
