After taking a look at the bill, it’s pretty easy to understand why this garbage was released at the break of dawn - it funds tyranny.

This bill doesn’t do a THING to open up American oil and gas production.

It does give $14.1 billion to Biden’s Department of Interior, which has not conducted A SINGLE onshore federal oil and gas lease sale this year.

This provision completely prohibits oil and gas production in a specific area in New Mexico.

Restrictions like this hurt Americans at the pump and increase our reliance on Russia for oil.

It provides $323 million of additional taxpayer dollars to EPA so it can carry out its radical climate policies.

EPA’s new methane rule alone will cost American oil and gas producers $1.2 billion a year and will thwart production.

The bill also provides $15 million to fund radical global climate activism at the UN.

These organizations are directly responsible for the disastrous Paris Climate Agreement.

Of course, this bill funds the left’s woke agenda.

It ups K-12 education funding by $2 BILLION to $42.6 billion.

This money will subsidize school districts throughout the country that are teaching CRT and radical gender ideology.

It also provides a total of $10.1 billion to an FBI that actively targeted parents for speaking out against woke school boards.

Speaking of radical gender ideology, there is a specific program that would expand the scope of the Violence Against WOMEN Act (VAWA) by providing services to “transgender” individuals.

This is not a joke – it actually provides taxpayer dollars to fund GENDER PROGRAMS IN PAKISTAN.

It increases funding for the Department of Homeland Security by 11%.

But record numbers of migrants and fentanyl are pouring across the border.

Secretary Mayorkas SHOULD NOT be rewarded for failing to do his job and attacking Border Patrol.

This bill advances the COVID tyranny that Americans have faced for the past 2 years.

It provides $6.3 BILLION to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is run by chief COVID tyrant…Anthony Fauci.

It also provides nearly over a half-billion in additional funding for the CDC, which has been propagating COVID tyranny from day one.

CDC is now actively withholding COVID data from Americans.

Speaking of vax mandates, the bill doesn’t do a single thing to address the vaccine mandates that federal employees or our military service members continue to face.

No one should be forced to choose between a taking jab or losing their job…

The bill also attacks the Second Amendment.

VAWA seeks to open criminal investigations into anyone who receives a NICS denial (90%+ of which are false positives!).

It also allows the Biden DOJ to deputize state and local law enforcement to be agents in ATF investigations.

It provides an additional $675 MILLION to IRS – the largest increase in 20 YEARS – so the agency can continue to steal from Americans.

This includes a total of $5.4 BILLION for enforcement activities.

These are only A FEW of the tyrannical ends that this garbage funds.

Not a single member of Congress should vote for this attack on the freedom of the American people.
