ONLY because Opposition Votes got split between CONgress, GFP, TMC, MGP & (P)AAP.

It's appearent from the fact that CM Pramod Sawant himself won by paltry 650 Votes.
You might be happy with this win. I'm Not.

How do you otherwise justify defeat of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami who had personally doused fire by convincing Rebels in most constituencies. Anyone will agree that BJP was not in a position to win Uttarakhand just 6 months back.

There was "ONLY" Modi Wave in 2017 to take BJP to unprecedented 320+ seats.
