@/RaivyVT, who runs this company, was a VTuber who I once worked with in Lumilive that genuinely threatened fans for interacting with other streamers she felt jealous of and who "dated" viewers while having a secret relationship with someone who she gaslit into being ok with it.

There's more that she's done that I think are inexcusable, but it would irrelevant to this.

Someone who sees VTubing as a competition that warrants threatening viewers over is not someone that I would trust as a homie, much less a boss.

The truth of the matter is simply that I am heated to the core that she dangled romantic relationships in front of several viewers at once, all while being in a monogamous relationship.

I'm "cancelling" her as much as you can cancel a cheater. It's just gross and unethical.

Threatening viewers personally even with a yandere persona is still unethical as well.

- Romantically enticing viewers one-on-one to use them as a source of money is messed up in all ways
- Do you want to associate w/ a startup company whose boss would do this for money
- idk, you can't really cancel someone for being an ass so just make your own judgments.

- Ultimately, just a few months ago, she claimed one viewer's money was making her dreams come true and used it to justify milking him for more. If she does this, with what kind of money is she going to support your dreams with as your boss?

Lastly. TBH, I felt awkward airing out her private flirty interactions with her viewers (and the public ones that remain in the Lumilive discord) just to prove it existed.

These flirty interactions were even publicly displayed in her streams as well as on Discord.

I also feel like her threatening viewers is self-proven because her team isn't even denying it and trying to justify it with "she was playing a yandere persona." Which doesn't justify the premise of threatening someone's safety in DMs for watching other VTubers. broh.

Anyway, that's all I got for the points I feel needed evidence.

Objectively, ppl can make mistakes and do better. Objectively, it's possible for ppl to be scummy but still run a successfully business.

So that's why I said, form your own judgment if you want to apply.

And no, you can't cancel someone for just being an unethical ass but you can at least say something before it gets worse.

Saying it shouldn't have been brought up in public is a weak stance. Does it imply nobody is supposed to speak up for people and for ethical behavior ever? Even if that person is about to run a company?

You simply need to make a judgment for yourself if this is the kind of homie you want to work with. That's all.
