The Russians have hit the Oskil psychoneurological residential institution in Kharkiv Oblast. "73 people were evacuated to the neighboring boarding school, at the time of the enemy's attack 330 remained there," reported Kharkiv Oblast's head Oleh Synehubov.
The number of the injured in Oskil is unknown at the moment. Mr. Synehubov says that among 330 remaining residents of the facility 50 are sedentary, 10 are wheelchair users.
A shell hit a five-storey building of the Oskil psychoneurological residential institution, Kharkiv Oblast, ruining structures at storeys 2 and 3 and causing fire, 330 patients and 30 staff were at the shelter at the moment and no one was injured, the Emergency Service reports.
