RCCG IN POLITICS: Hit or Miss?

1. Unlike most assistant Jesuses, Nefertiti is not religious. I am spiritual. Christianity was not the religion of Jesus Christ, Judaism was.
2. Rookies can’t see beyond their noses, they can’t sense a conceited agenda. Their overt-religiosity & insane gullibility got them where they are today.
3. I’m afraid 2015 is about to repeat itself. The Ghost of “over sabi or I Too Know,” & of “I’m a Nigerian the Proud,” is rearing their ugly heads once more!!
4. The Church of Christ is a force of nature, but Nigeria is not a society of many thinking caps. Ignorance even among the highly educated is rife.
5. In 2027 God willing, we will all be her to see how far you went with your beloveth “RCCG In Politics.” Time will fly.
6. Politics becomes a gamble but only for the impressionable. The few Nigerians who were against the Buhari Ambition in 2015, people who knew him for who he was, were attacked.
7. Almost 70% Nigerians joined the Sai Baba (4 x 4) bandwagon. Today, 95% of them have deleted their 2015 tweets. So I’ll hate to see most of you fall for another church or Mosque gimmick.
8. Days of marriage between the church & the state is over. That infamous excommunication & subsequent suppression of the Knights Templar via a Papal Bull (Pope’s Edict), signaled the beginning of an end of an Era of Theocracy in the Roman Catholic Church.
9. Back then in medieval Europe, the Pope had absolute powers, over the State even. He drew his power of “absolutism” from those Soldiers of Christ otherwise called the Crusaders.
10. Today, “Religion is still the Opium of the masses.” But the last I checked, Nigeria is still a Secular State, isn’t it?
11. Nigerians in their millions are not independent minded, they are not independent thinkers. In the wrong hands, many can & will be led astray.
12. They need someone to think for them, act for them, tell them what to do. So I genuinely hope the church have ur best interest at heart.
13. The role played by the clergy & Imams, more specifically now: Pastor Tunde Bakare, Fr. Mbaka & Sheikh Isa Pantami in bringing Buhari to power, is still fresh on my mind.
14. Back then Pantami was the “Crying Sheikh,” while Pastor Tunde Bakare & Fr. Mbaka were seeing visions that said “Buhari was the messiah, the deliverer.”
15. I will hate to see some of my Generation open another “Book of Lamentations” in 2027.
16. I will recant my tweets & apologize if the RCCG In Politics turns out to be a legitimate passion for CHANGE.
17. I am not beyond teaching or learning. After all, we are want the betterment of Nigeria, don’t we?
18. I guess all I’m just saying is; “be wary of ANOTHER CHANGE sandwiched between your common sense & false hopes!!”

Stay blessed while at it!! ❤️

1. Politically correct Nigerians are saying the Igbos are not united. So they shouldn’t given the Right Of First Refusal. “But where is their sense of History?”
2. I will espouse all the right reasons why the Igbos who gave so much to Nigeria in terms of dedication & handwork, should be considered. Fasten your seatbelts. This is a thread!!
3. In 1962-1963, Chief Awolowo & Chief Akintola fought bitterly. That tension between the two statesmen led to increased acts of violence & lawlessness known to history as “Operation Wetie.”

1. If the 2nd Niger Bridge was wholly funded by the President Muhammadu Buhari led APC government & not the PPP, why is that 1.6 km bridge being tolled?
2. Who will Nigerians be paying the huge toll fees to? Obviously not Amaechi. Nigerians will pay tolls for 25 years to repay Buhari, the Presidency or Fashola?🤣
3. Apart from over-inflating the cost of that Bridge to the tune of N400 billion, + that additional N10 billion from GEJ, an ethical or moral question is begging for immediate & logical answer.

Bread will go up. Diesel is N850 & will hit N1000. Subsidy is N400. Fuel is scarce at N200. You are in stagflation smiling at hyperinflation. USD is N577. Force majeures, you can’t meet OPEC Quota & portfolio investors are not coming. The cost will be transferred to you. Feel me?
Air ticket is N50,000 (one leg). Aviation fuel is heading to N700

Japa may not be for everybody. No booklets. Have you gone to immigration office lately?

Your government is discussing with embassies to reduce your incessant migration. You are in the jungle, try not to get eaten
Buhari took 6 months to appoint his cabinet, leaving Nigeria on autopilot. He closed the borders & ushered in autarky. CBN’s Meffy aided him with ban, forex & tech restrictions.

Nigeria was already in ruins b4 COVID. Russia Ukraine Crisis only added fire to already raging flame.

1. Nigeria is yet to greet its own Industrial Revolution. She is too poor a country to be swallowing everything from the Big West.

Thread.👇
2. Russia & Ukraine Crisis is an another opportunity for Nigeria & Africa to reevaluate their thinking on geopolitics & economy. Things are not black or white. The world is now bipolar. And whether you like it or not, things are changing.
3. Africa contributes just a tiny inconsequential amount to global emissions. Nigeria’s economy is too fragile & any tiny tinkering BOOM💥, everything goes burst!

1. Who was this most remarkable beautiful Nile princess steeped in mystery & fascination, who later became queen Neferneferuaten-Nefertiti? Who was this my alter ego? Where is her tomb or secret burial chamber? It’s a thread.👇 ImageImage
2. Neferneferuaten-Nefertiti, whose name means "a beautiful woman has come, beautiful are the beauties of Aten,” as a show of her ‘absolutism’ for a new religion, was the queen of Egypt & wife of Pharaoh Akhenaten, during the 14th century BC. ImageImage
3. Around 1350 BC, Nefertiti aged 15, became the queen of Egypt & the Nile. Alongside her husband Akhenaten, they created a new religious order. ImageImage

This is how the NASS voted on Bills for an Act to alter the 1999 Constitution:

1. Move VAT to the Exclusive Legislative List:❌ (Wike won).

2. Diaspora voting:❌ (sad for democracy).

3. Independent candidacy:✅ (now we crowdfund for Peter Obi as an independent candidate).
4. Powers to States to generate, transmit & distribute electricity: ✅ (this will grow the economy).

5. Move Railway to Concurrent Legislative List: ✅ (private sector investments will flow in).
6. Move Airports to Concurrent Legislative List:✅ (privately owned airports will spring up, this is good for the economy).

7. Powers to summon the President or Governors by the NASS & State Assemblies: ✅ (a win for democracy).
