...Analytic review is a standard auditing procedure which compares account balances from one period to another which is why the SBA may have reclassified so many expense line items from year to year...

Speaking of anti-Semitism in the extreme, I've tweeted a lot about a secret shipment of gold being offloaded at a Manhattan pier as reported in an April 1 (Saturday) 1939 New York Times story. I've tagged some of the historians I follow but no one's ever replied....
I found the story when I randomly selected April 1 1939 in the NYT archives when I was thinking about the spy fest the 1939 NY World's Fair must have been. The secret shipment of gold story was in the business section along w stories about stock fraud etc...
