Mum is on a special trip this evening with Dadcat to take hoobro to his first #MichelinStar ⭐️⭐️ restaurant! They’re off to Minibar, a wonderful @chefjoseandres restaurant in DC. We’ll donate to wck.org also! 🐾💙🐾

Here we go! It’s a long taxi ride via Uber to a delightfully unassuming place from out front.

Edible nasturtium petals too. Just gorgeous.

Mum doesn’t like fishy stuff at all. She didn’t know what this was before she ate it, and she loved it. Hey, what kind of meat is this?

Riesling paired with perfectly cooked thin slices of Waygu
The Aburi looks like an egg yolk but surprise! Beef consommé.
