The picture above was attached to the letter from Vladimir Putins doctor Dmitri Nikolayevich Verbovoy and he asks in the letter an opinion from Irina Mikhailovna Koroleva. 3/10 
Verbovoy (56) is the Head of the Main Medical Directorate in Kremlin since august 2017. Basically Putins personal physician. 4/10
In the letter Verbovoy added his personal telephone number 79039602171 and it is confirmed to be his. 5/10
Irina Mikhailovna Koroleva is experienced radiologist and professor at Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. Verbovoy has also studied at Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. 6/10
Koroleva writes to Verbovoy, that diagnose might be "vascular encephalopathy" which refers to vascular dementia. According to The Alzeimer's Association vascular dementia "is a decline in thinking skills caused by conditions that block or reduce blood flow...7/10
