If you're struggling with productivity read this:

- Split tasks into smaller tasks

This one is easy to follow and effective.

If your task for the day was to do 500 push-ups it seems daunting.

But what if you changed it to: Do 10 push-ups ever half an hour?

It makes it way easier to follow along.

- Turn off notifications

Easy, click the do not disturb button and start working!

If something distracts you cut it out of your life.

If you follow somebody who constantly posts distracting things instead of unfollowing them block them so you have no temptations.
