Unfortunately, Displaced Ukrainians are Calling for World War III

Instead of being glorified as a modern-day saint, Zelensky should be harshly rebuked for his campaign to demand instigation of WWIII. But what about when ordinary, blameless Ukrainians, who've just been displaced from their homes, are making the same demand?
Example:
Yes, an inability to engage in coherent moral reasoning seems to be the new “pandemic”
The extremism and dire implications of this theory continue to be tacitly accepted by US media. They’re happy to uncritically amplify the theory. Sleepwalking into catastrophe
I'd love to talk to these people as well, however for all the faults of the "West" I am able to move around freely and report without fear of repercussion (other than Twitter trolls calling for my arrest). Doubt this would be possible right now in Russia

Just discovered that the "journalism" outfit this guy works for (@OCCRP) is a State Department front group -- literally funded by the US State Department -- so his criticisms now make sense
Poor guy spent the last several days cryptically attacking me, but then runs and blocks when I point out he’s a subsidy of the US State Department. Keep him in your prayers
Truly hilarious that @ichbinilya and @AubreyBelford are parading around Twitter giving lectures on what it means to do Real Journalism, while they simultaneously call themselves "Independent Journalists" working on behalf of the US State Department 😂

Quick story: there was a guy -- an NGO founder -- who angrily DM'd me earlier today, threatening to find and physically confront me. I tweeted a screenshot, not knowing if this could be a legitimately crazy person. He then deleted his account; I figured that'd be the end of it
Later this afternoon, an email from the guy appeared in my inbox. It was a sincere, remorseful, heartfelt apology. He asked to speak on the phone -- we just hung up moments ago. On the call he reiterated his same heartfelt apology, which of course I accepted
I wasn't even really looking for an apology. I get insulted and attacked all the time online, as you might imagine. This was unusual though due to the specific nature of the apparent threat, and the fact that the guy ran an NGO. I had no idea what he was potentially capable of

American Foreign Fighter Says He Was Injured In Russian Air Strike mtracey.substack.com/p/american-for…
Ukraine officials have been vague about the nationalities of those injured and killed by the recent Russian strike on the "international" military facility in Yavoriv, just 15 miles from the Polish border. I found at least one American who says he was there

Why Democrats Demand Collective Punishment Against Russian Civilians

US officials at least used to pretend that sanctions were not intended to harm civilians. Now the Biden Administration openly admits that harming Russian civilians is their intent, and liberals -- being great such "humanitarians" -- vociferously cheer
In 2017, @RepMikeQuigley declared: "When you meet with any Russians, you’re meeting with Russian intelligence. And therefore Putin.” Now, he's demanding to incinerate Russia in WWIII. Which is the logical culmination of the dehumanization doctrine he and Dems have "normalized"

US military loading vehicles tonight in Rzeszow, Poland around 60 miles from Ukraine border. Little or no information is being given about these operations
Convoy of trucks nearby. There is astoundingly little interest on the part of US media to report on what the US military is currently doing. If anything the media is deeply hostile toward such reporting

Ukraine government accounts are posting graphic photos of what they're claiming is the dead body of a NY Times journalist. NYT just put out a statement saying he was not working for NYT. While the death is being attributed to Russia, this info is sourced only to Ukraine officials
Is it possible that this individual was killed by Russian troops, as claimed? Sure, but there's no independent corroboration of that. It's also possible he was killed by Ukraine forces, which includes many people who were just handed assault rifles with minimal training
Another person in the car said: "We crossed a checkpoint and they start shooting at us." Not sure how anyone can conclude that it was Russian forces who opened fire based on this description. The "checkpoint" here would presumably be controlled by Ukraine
