Isko Moreno running mate Willie Ong says the vice president should not be treated as just a 'spare tire,' he says he would gladly serve as health secretary.

He and Moreno to push for tandem-voting or electing President and VP together. But this requires amending Constitution.

VP candidate Kiko Pangilinan cites the excellent performance of VP Leni Robredo.

"Sapat na ang mga kapangyarihan at alituntunin ng ating Saligang Batas para sa ating vice president," Pangilinan says.

VP bet Carlos Serapio says president and vice president should be elected as tandem.

"Mahirap po ang presidente...na laging nakahawak sa kanyang korona. Hindi niya alam na yung bise president niya ay ipinapanalangin na may mangyari sa kanya," Serapo says.

Pangilinan believes the vice president's mandate under the Constitution is enough and does not need to be amended.
