Lead dev doesn't commit line of code to codebase for almost a year.

Development activity according to roadmap has not progressed since the release of Tritium. A new release was squeezed in called Tritium ++ which still is not done. Instead 5.1 will include house cleaning development. Been two years since deadlines were set (2020).

Nexus sigchain for first DAPP (Coinkit) built on Nexus was corrupted causing loss of funds stored on Coinkit app.

Most users staking 20k or less of $NXS stuck in staking for 3+ months due to reckless design locking their funds. Users are not warned about this.

Nexus dev team taxes 40%+ of all Nexus created from miners. These funds are not transparent. How and where they are stored are not public. Spending of these funds are decided in a super secret starfish private telegram group marketed as DAO. Telegram not a DAO with zero code.

Nexus wallet down for weeks (and months) at a time on exchanges. @BittrexExchange wallet is almost always down while dev travels to Anarchist and hippy conferences looking for new investors.

Nexus value is derived from Satellite use case where dev claims everyone can own part of its success. This makes it a security. This also doesn't include the millions of dollars wasted, mismanaged, and given away without Community's involvement. Also misrepresented founding docs.

Lead dev uses Nexus Github to viciously attack former $NXS team members. He claims to community that "he rewrote all of his code" but continues to blame all issues on former devs. This is highly unprofessional, unethical, and a net negative to blockchain and crypto development

Entire codebase is over engineered so that other devs cannot easily work on it. Only lead dev knows how it works. This is why no one cloned or forked Nexus. Nexus has no use cases other than being share of ownership. Promised decentralized internet and satellites 2019. Now 2024..

Rather than fixing Nexus or releasing promised releases and goals, dev is now working on new pet projects:

Decentralized search engine
Decentralized OS
Decentralized social media

Etc etc ...

Nexus is centralized org around ONE dev. Nexus is his golden egg laying goose.
