Producer price index in DE jumped up to 25.9% Y/Y in February. This was the highest increase since statistics began in 1949 (65 years). The result in March will be even higher. Developed world is entering an era of very high inflation Currency is no longer a tool for savings. 
As principal safe-heaven for storage of value, prices will rise for: Artwork, Arable land, Realestate far-away from war zone, Energy producing facilities, Everything else except cash, of any currency, not even Yuan. Conserved food has better storage "life" and value than money.
Aftermath: Rapid de-urbanisation, until in rural settings with good schools, medicare, opportunities are not exhausted too. This is already happening in western Ukraine where pricing of housing has increased not 20% but 20-fold ! We call it Giffen's paradox in Economics.
True problem, however worse then European is American. 15 million people are dying of hunger in US today and more are going to...while US provides billions in military aid to Ukraine, neglecting it's own population.

Inflation in EU, expands in > housing. In Western Ukraine, people from East with money, are evicting those who can not afford 20-fold increase of rent, so War impact is felt even in areas wih no war. This is happening also in PL,HU,MD,RO,SK with 5M ref.
