The reason I am in Salisbury, England now is this is where Christopher Steele and Sergei Skripal used to meet to discuss recruiting Russian scientists from the old Soviet Biopreparat bioweapons labs to nearby Porton Down bioweapons lab to return to Ukraine, Tbilisi, Almaty, KZ.
