Building solidarity is fighting this war, mutual trust and cooperation is fighting this war, a united front against fascism is fighting this war. In many ways it depends on how we see ourselves and others, the archetypes and narratives we look to, what we see in people around us
Pushing for egalitarianism, transparency, justice, and fairness is building resilience to these attacks. (That's why bad people attack programs like CRT, which build understanding and empathy.) That's why I try to fight those narratives.

I cannot emphasize enough that this is everywhere in Europe. Some of the most explosive disgust and contempt I've ever heard toward any ethnic group has been what (white) Europeans say about and toward Roma people. I've also heard, "Oh, they're EASTERN Europeans."
