Hopefully no one will forget that RANS Entertainment still has minority ownership in Persija.

#RANS don't have large ownership. Only around 10%. But with that number, I can confirm that currently they're the SECOND largest shareholder in #Persija after Bakrie.

At the moment, this is the estimated ownership structure (daftar pemegang saham) of #Persija

1. Bakrie & co: 80,9%
2. RANS: 10%
3. Ferry Paulus Family: 8,1%
4. Yayasan Persija: 1%

There's indication that Salim Group also have some role in the company. I just found out that:

1. Ferry & fam listed their company in shareholder list with one of Indomaret outlet as their adress.

2. In early 2020, one of Gelael Family (who own KFC Indonesia and affiliated w/ Salim) serves as Persija's independent commisioner. BUT, he just quit in the middle of pandemic.

To add another context:

Recently, Bakrie & Salim are becoming close friend. They just created a "join-forces" at Bumi Resources Minerals a.k.a $BRMS. It's a multi minerals mining entity.

And guess, who's the new president director of that company?

YES. It'a Agoes Projosasmito. A.k.a PSS Sleman majority owner (per today). 😎

Before proceed to next club, let me clarify something:

Agoes Projo doesn't hold PSS ownership as a personal. He hold the ownership via Palladium, who basically owned by a company affiliated to Ithaca Resources.

Most of you probably already know that Ithaca Resources is a coal (batu bara) company associated to... again.. Salim Group. Kontan report said the same.

So speaking theoritically, I do believe that PSS beneficial owner is Salim (per today).

Let's go to Persik Kediri, The Macan Putih!

Many of you already know that Arthur problem in Sleman force him move to Kediri. And that move almost in sync with the ownership change in Macan Putih.

I can confirm that per today, 94,4% of Persik Kediri share owned by Astar Asia Global (AAG). A company associated to Arthur & co.

At the moment, AAG is NOT PSS shareholder anymore. But it's not completely diminish the connection between PSS & Persik.

Arthur move also bring some of PSS executive join with Kediri. One of them is a commisioner, who currently serves as PSS and Persik commisioner at the same time (per official document).

Not only legally serves as PSS and Persik commisioner at the same time, "this man" also own 1% of AAG share.

Btw AAG still 99% owned by Alfons, Arthur's father. And do you also remember Marco Garcia? Yes, after left PSS he's currently serves as AAG commisioner.

It's getting smaller and smaller. I hate this.

Don't underestimate them. IMO, they're one of the most potential brand equity in Indonesia.

We already know that he's RANS commisioner per today. He own around 1% of RANS Entertainment share (per latest official document).

Yes, it's not a secret anymore that he also own majority share of Persis Solo.

Yes. If we talk about Persis, it will also bring us to Pak Menteri Erick Thohir.

$BOLA own that company 90%. And you know what I just found? This company is also one of RANS Entertainment investors.

In a small portion of course. Like I said, RANS Entertainment is too big to dominate. Raffi is still the most powerful shareholder.

Few months before, $BOLA subsidiary called PT Kreasi Karya Bangsa a.k.a United Creative also create a joint-venture named Khazanah Alwahda Creative (40% ownership).

Did you remember who's their partner in that JV?

I truly want another name and avoid this. But unfortunately... yes.. their partner is Mahaka Media a.k.a $ABBA and Beyond Media.

We already knew they both are Pak Menteri Erick Thohir and his big bro Boy Thohir companies.

Oh, there's some replies also asking about Arema FC. Yes, it's valid. RANS ALSO OWN 10% OF AREMA FC shares.

It's safe to include them in this circle, but with IMPORTANT NOTE:

Arema FC haven't updated their legal documents. The latest data that contains the name of RANS doesn't even include Gilang Widya a.k.a Juragan99 as CEO/shareholder.

The data may be out of date. But if we assume there is no change, yes. It's safe to include them in this circle.

Few replies also asking about Persebaya. As far as I know, they still separated from this circle.

Jawa Pos via DBL Indonesia still own the company around 70%. Koperasi hold the rest (30%).

But some rich people looks interested. Time will answer.
