There are 4 types of people in every organization:

1. Those who subtract (negative)

These are people who continuously suck the best energy out of you.

They only take but don’t give.

They tend to convince those around them into small thinking or victimhood mentality.
2. Those who divide

They tend to hurt great relationships in your life.

They shield great talent from upper management gearing them passing them up.

They Negatively talk behind the leaders of the organization.

Create wedges between people
3. Those who add

They constantly add value to you

Their community of friends uplift each other

They support their peers endeavors

They connect you with others like them

They take away all your excuses & challenge you to not buy your own BS

I have a simple request @AppleSupport & @tim_cook for 2023.

What do we need to do to get “Assyrians”, a civilization that lead the way with great inventions we all use today, to have representation of their flag emoji on Apple?

Here’s a list of inventions:
Assyrians Divided the week into 7 days.

A day into 24 hours, hour into 60 minutes, minute into 60 seconds.

A circle into 360 degrees.

Invented the wheel.

Invented the written word, using a form of writing, cuneiform, that led first to the Phonecian & ultimately Latin.
They created the first large cities known to Western Culture.

Domesticated the horse, the ox, and many crops.

Made the first beer and wine.

The words “Paradise” and “Eden” were based on places in Assyria.

The epic “Gilgamesh,” perhaps the world’s first true novel.

The US has the highest rate of children living in single-parent households of any nation in the world.

About 80 percent of single-parent homes are led by single mothers.

At a rate of 23 percent of children living with one parent and no other adults, the United States stands
over three times the world average of 7 percent of children raised by one parent. For reference, the number stands at 3 percent for China and 4 percent for India.

Even for children with a father present in the home, the average school-age boy only spends about 30 min per week in
one-on-one conversations with his father. For comparison, the same boy, on average, will spend about 44 hours per week watching television, playing video games, and surfing the internet.

90 percent of all homeless and runaway children, 63% of teen suicides, and 85% of children

Stop chasing titles.

CEO, founder, Entrepreneur, etc

There’s only one title worth chasing.

LEADER!

Stop forcing success.

Instead align your talent + ambition + passion with the right situation, team and opportunity.

Then give your best & don’t look around.
Everyone’s shopping resumes today.

That’s dumb.

Constantly Treating your career as a series of one night stands doesn’t create momentum.

It creates a reputation that you’re easy. You get around.

You can be bought. You’re for sale.

It shows that your passion is money.
Think long term.

It’s attractive.

It turns on the right people.

Joining the right team pretty much guarantees success if you have the right attitude and are committed to doing your part.
