Kashmir Files released some 18 days ago. BJP had won 4 states, Kejriwal 1 and Congress 0, just a day before on March 10th, 2022.
Even though BJP had won 4 states, people were excited about AAP win.
It was marvelous, record braking and one that will change national politics for good.
Public finds no credible alternative to BJP in places where traditional political party are fighting a fight of credibility, even when BJP governments are ineffective, incoherent, inefficient, improper and immoral.
BJP is great in politics of electioneering because they can hammer a narrative. What BJP can't do is bring to life a model of governance that people could live through.
Kejriwal does both, but he is small, yet people talk about him. If you look closely, you will find AAP in every state.
There are takers for Kejriwal. What Kejriwal needs is organizational strength, yet it is highly efficient and effective as Dr. FixIt.
BJP can't allow Kejriwal to be Dr. FixIt. BJP needs to keep the public away from debate on governance. BJP runs on propaganda over fault lines, in order to devide and rule. BJP uses Kashmir Files. Congress can't counter it. Congress has a history of being complicit.
BJP uses Kashmir Files as tools for politics and to spread vitriol in society and movie theater. BJP used a sensitive topic and tragedy to cultivate a bigger divide in society and earn money through a economy of selling hate and tragedy.
However, BJP got it wrong, as this topic is one with recent history and BJP was part of government when it happened, has been in government in center for 13 with last 8 with full majority in center and governing the sate of Jammu and Kashmir directly after removing Article 370.
Reality is that BJP has not been able to change anything. Kashmiri Pandits are still not rehabilitated, the law and order situation hasn't improved, militancy still exist. Our armed forces are still being killed by terrorist and Pakistan with China still occupying our lands.
BJP though it will use Kashmir Files to paint everyone as Anti Hindu. They forgot, they haven't done anything for betterment of Kashmiri Pandit, just played identity politics to make it while it is an issue of cross border terrorism, insurgency and divide and rule politics.
When it comes to being efficient and effective in governance, Kejriwal proved to be better than BJP by regularizing Kashmiri Teachers in Delhi government schools with retrospective effect.
The BJP through LG office using Service Department was opposing regularization, which led it to reach high court, where Kejriwal supported regularization, and later bought in a bill in assembly, which again was oppossed by BJP on floor of the house.
Kejriwal keeps talking about issues that unites across caste, religion, geography and class. He unites to win. He provides corruption free effective and efficient government that makes lives full of possibilities for Indians.
No propaganda will make Kejriwal Anti-Hindu. Only a mad person will be Anti-Hindu in India and Kejriwal is not mad, nor are the Muslims. BJP thinks it has monopoly over giving certificate of Anti Hindu. While Kejriwal makes no such claims, he definitely knows what Indians needs.

Please, read this thread to know why I am asking this question.
Citizens must ask the judiciary to serve the 'People of India' and not the 'Politicians of India'.
The word 'Namak-Haram' is an Urdu word that signifies someone being disloyal to an employer or their provider (for those of you getting offended, it is not a cuss word). In the Roman Empire soldiers were also paid in salt and the word "Salary" comes from it. During our independence struggle, salt was taxed and heavily controlled by the British in colonial India, to the point that Gandhi's march to produce the salt from the sea was seen as an act of treason by the British.
Namak-Haram was a regularly used term amongst the Gurkhas who considered their master's salt to be sacred and would willingly die for loyalty. Stories of their loyalty were repeated by the Mughals, the Sikhs, and the British as they sequentially worked with the Nepalese Gurkhas in various wars over the sub-continent. For them, calling someone Namak-Haram i.e. 'betrayer of the salt' would be the gravest insult and slight to honor. On the other hand, 'Namak Halal' would be the opposite and mean someone loyal or worthy of the salt given by the employer or provider.
Words are powerful as they describe ideas that can keep you spellbound for years.
Justice Chandrachud’s words from one of his countless lectures made me interested in legal jurisprudence in this country in 2016 at an orientation program at the Faculty of Law, even though I am not involved in the legal profession. Justice Chandrachud said that law consists of the science of discipline and the art of the pursuit of happiness and well-being of society.
He won me over with his privacy judgment, which he brilliantly co-authored a year later, writing:
"Life and personal liberty are not creations of the Constitution. These rights are recognized by the Constitution as inhering in each individual as an intrinsic and inseparable part of the human element which dwells within."
Since Narendra Modi lost in Delhi assembly in 2015, getting thrashed by a thumping @AamAadmiParty victory of 67-3, even though Modi wave had swept all Lok Sabha seats in Delhi, he has been relentlessly trying to crush AAP. The first attack on the @ArvindKejriwal government was when the central government snatched ACB as Kejriwal ordered an FIR to be filed on Sheila Dixit and Ambani. The Delhi HC had initially upheld that ACB be under the state government, but the SC stayed it in just 4 days and later ruled in favor of the Modi government.

When Modi could not stop @Arvindkejriwal from winning, he tried to stop him from working by ensuring the bureaucracy was hostile first by penal action taken against Arvind Kejriwal’s principal secretary, Rajendra Kumar, and then again by trying to inculpate Kejriwal in Anshu Prakash slap gate, which was incidentally stopped by the bench by Justice DY Chandrachur. Modi wasn’t just using one institution to target Kejriwal, then President Kovind acted swiftly on the recommendation of the Election Commission and disqualified 20 AAP MLAs without hearing the MLAs’ in the Office of Profit case. The Delhi HC had initially stayed the MLA appointment but could not allow disqualification without a hearing based on the principle of natural justice.

The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Bill
And
The Bharatiya Sakshya (BS) Bill will effect us.

We all will agree that all laws get outdated and from time to time we need to upgrade the law in order to manage our societies well.
It is widely accepted as well as reflected in many judgments of the high courts and also the SC, that many of the provisions in the 163-year-old Indian Penal Code are embarrassingly outdated. Many provisions are based on the ideas of Victorian morality which isn't Indian
10 things @ArvindKejriwal’s arrest taught a novice like me about our law and order and the judiciary.
A must-read thread 🧵
1. Kuch toh kiya hi hoga!
When Manish Sisodia was arrested in the alleged liquor scam, and both the CBI and ED said they had evidence against the minister, many believed that the investigative agencies must have some evidence against the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party.
In India, the common perception is that all political parties indulge in corruption, and the Aam Aadmi Party too could have done something and are getting caught.
10 reasons why AI as CJI will be better than human CJI!
𝟏. 𝐂𝐉𝐈 𝐀𝐬 𝐀 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 – 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐉𝐈
No institution in India has any semblance of neutrality left, except the institution of honorable CJI in the eyes of the informed voter who has stopped consuming the drugs peddled by news media. All matters that should be sorted at the lower court level, based on already settled constitutional principles, end up being mentioned in front of the CJI who then has to take the headache of deciding a bench, and it leads to accusation of bias. This accusation is not mine; 4 former SC judges have said so. A news article by a brilliant journalist has listed many politically sensitive cases that end up on a particular bench.
AI CJI will not have to disappoint anybody due to the paucity of time and unimaginable workload that my lordships endure. It can list all cases simultaneously and hear the matter till conclusion very quickly without the need for adjournment unless demanded by the parties. It could be called CJI As A Service (CJIAAS), a synonym for hope from the CJI.
Since CJI would be AI, other justices could be an AI version too and will be trained on models developed on the values enshrined in the constitution, so the basic structure, and fundamental principles enshrined in our constitution will always be adhered to by the judges and not depend on the whims and fancy of the judges who interpret same laws differently in similar situations.
Also, former law secretaries of the CM won't become justices in the SC after the CM becomes PM.
This will enhance the confidence of the public in the neutrality of our judiciary and no sitting CM will withdraw from presenting their matter in front of justices who have been former law secretaries of the PM, who controls the organization that has arrested the democratically elected CM of a state, disregarding all constitutional norms and presumption of innocence.
𝟑. 𝐀.𝐈. 𝐂𝐉𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐭𝐬
One more advantage of AI CJI is that in matters related to custody, bail, and undue incarceration, the AI can be restricted to always adhere to already laid-out norms and landmark judgments. Thus, no justice will apply one interpretation of the same principle in the case of a certain Arnab but won't follow it for a certain Arvind or Umar.
It will also end unfathomable confusion in reconciliation to the fact that an MP from the ruling party, namely Brijbhushan Singh accused of sexual misconduct with Olympic medal-winning female athletes, does not need a formal arrest, but a sitting CM needs to be put behind bars based on statements of a prime accused turned approver without any corroborative evidence and who eventually donates money to the ruling party after ED initiates action in alleged Liquor scam.
If an AI were a CJI or other judges of the bench, it would be intelligent enough to connect the dots and release the sitting CM immediately along with other leaders accused in an imaginary corruption case.
