Listening to Whitmer trial. Up now is the FBI undercover agent known as "Red," an alleged explosives expert brought into the group by FBI informant Dan. I believe his name is Tim Bates but it wasn't clear.

DOJ tried to conceal the identifies of both "Red' and "Mark" from jury.

Bates confirms the FBI produced videos of a gun range and nearby shoot house that he showed defendants during a training excursion in mid-September, which led to a "surveillance" trip of Whitmer's remote vacation cottage.

Bates said defendants were "excited" when they saw video.

Bates says some discussed the kidnapping plan and maybe executing the caper that night. 3 vehicles with defendants, FBI informants and agents drove an hour to Whitmer's house--Bates claims Adam Fox, the alleged ringleader, wanted to look at nearby bridge to maybe blow it up.

Back to Whitmer trial. Dan Chappel, the lead FBI informant paid at least $60,000 by the FBI to orchestrate the "kidnapping" caper, created 2 group chats entitled "FAFO."

Here was the plot: Steal or borrow 2 boats, anchor them at Lake Michigan, drive to Whitmer's remote upstate MI cottage, kill her guards, abduct her, put her in one boat with defendants in the other, take her to the middle of Lake Michigan (LOL) or all the way to Wisconsin (LOLOL)

Defense now walking thru DOJs plea offers for Kaleb Franks. DOJ won't pursue additional gun charges or terror enhancements. Also rewarded for "5K" cooperation during trial. But both Franks and Ty Garbin have given testimony that contradicts their initial statements to FBI.

Last night on Tucker, I explained how defendants cannot access evidence against them. Here's one example of the strict rules for defendants related to reviewing discovery materials. Keep in mind the "CCV" video is from a publicly paid security system at a public building:

This is absolutely scandalous. More than 14 months after the first arrests and as trials get underway, DOJ still has not made available hundreds of thousands of FBI files. My understanding is that despite repeated promises to upload these files, it's still not done:

LOL "snowstorms." FPD is federal public defender's office.

The judges don't care, the government doesn't care, the media doesn't care, the GOP doesn't care. A rigged, corrupt system with no accountability.

Whitmer trial underway. Government calls Ty Garbin, 26, the first to plead guilty in the federal case.

He was an airplane mechanic before he was arrested for conspiring to kidnap Whitmer--he's been incarcerated ever since and is cooperating with the government. He connected...

with the Wolverine Watchmen in the spring of 2020 thru Facebook. Garbin, like CHS Dan, claims to be a libertarian with focus on 2A.

They reached out to Adam Fox--all attended an anti-lockdown rally at Lansing Capitol on June 18. In a meeting at the Vac Shack a few days later....

with CHS Dan, they discussed "storming the Capitol" in Lansing before the 2020 election. Hmmmm.

Garbin said Fox wanted to make a citizen's arrest on Whitmer for lockdown policies.

Again QRF is mentioned--quick reaction force--also central to Oath Keepers J6 prosecution.

Back to Whitmer kidnapping trial. CHS Dan, lead FBI informant, under cross-ex by Julia Kelly, atty for Daniel Harris.

Dan explaining how he introduced Adam Fox to Wolverine Watchmen. Also his involvement in “kill house” operation. Got drunk at one event—6 double Jack/cokes.

Defense plodding thru texts and meetings btw CHS Dan and defendants—also with his FBI handlers. CHS Dan suggested to Adam Fox to find a “softer target” re Whitmer, meaning her boat.

Testimony revealing how CHS Dan ingratiated himself in the group and lead excursions.

CHS Dan created 2 encrypted group chats with defendants and gave FBI full access. Group name was FAFO—“fuck around and find out.”

Dan, like FBI undercover agent “Mark,” admits the group was splintering in August but worked to keep them together. Asks FBI how to “apply pressure.”

Whitmer “kidnapping” trial underway. Judge Jonker lamenting Michigan State loss in playoffs—his children went there—but he’s a Michigan graduate so somewhat happy.

After listening to inhumane DC judges for months, Jonker is a breath of fresh air.

More testimony from CHS Dan

What we’ve heard so far is lots of recorded convos, some profane and threatening, of defendants talking about lockdowns and race riots in 2020. CHS Dan is the lead informant, hired by FBI in March 2020. He attended every trip and reached out to Adam Fox, the alleged ringleader…

thru a fake girlfriend, who also was an FBI agent.

Pre-kidnapping plot involved “storming the Capitol” in Lansing. Full militia garb, rifles, etc hunting for Whitmer. Media present for photos. Sound familiar?

Cross ex of Dan expected later today or tomorrow.
