The reason I am in Salisbury, England now is this is where Christopher Steele and Sergei Skripal used to meet to discuss recruiting Russian scientists from the old Soviet Biopreparat bioweapons labs to nearby Porton Down bioweapons lab to return to Ukraine, Tbilisi, Almaty, KZ.

Visiting where the Red Rivor, Sergei Skripal, roving between Strzok and Steele was poisoned, a few miles from Port Down bioweapons and chemical weapons plant.
There is just as good of a justification that Steele poisoned Yulia Skripal fearing he father was leaking details of the use of bioagents in Arab Spring overthrows.
Searching for the Red Rover, Sergei Skripal, the go between for Steele and Strzok. The BBC began filming Great Expectations here yesterday. I have great expectations of meeting Skripal here. Peter Strzok can be heard nearby saying “Who will rid me of this troublesome reporter?”
