1/ Lets take a look at the team behind Heroes of Mavia 🧵

2/ Heroes of Mavia is being designed and developed by Skrice Studios who were founded by Tristan Chaudhry and Yvan Feusi.

The Skrice team are based largely in Vietnam but also have team members located in many other countries. Their sole focus is to build Heroes of Mavia.

3/ Skrice was formed through the acquisition and merging of an art studio as well as a game development studio based in Hanoi.

The Skyrice team are all openly visible on the Mavia game website and also on their studio website.

4/ They consist of 60 full time people working on the project — with it nearer to 80 if you include part-time workers.

An Openness and willingness from Yvan to share the development process of Mavia is becoming an early defining feature of this project.

5/ It has been a breath of fresh air seeing the founder of a project frequently live streaming his work screen to the Discord members to watch for hours at a time.

6/ This approach shows confidence in what the team are building, and this confidence is flowing from these live streams into the community.

The interaction between Yvan and community on these live streams has even led to Mavia making changes on designs based on feedback.

7/ This early feedback loop created is a great signal of intent from the Mavia team.

They truly listen to the community.

8/ An astonishing disclosure from the team on an early AMA was on the subject of their vesting periods.

When asked a question on vesting duration the team announced they have a 6 year vesting period on their token allocation and their VCs have 4 year vesting periods.

9/ The Teams commitment to the growth of the game for users and investors is solidified further when you check out the tokenomics for the Mavia token.

60% of the token distribution is allocated to the game community (Ecosystem fund, Staking rewards and play-to-earn).

10/ What a sign of a team with the greatest conviction in their work and the sign of true conviction from their ‘Dream team’ of partners and investors.

11/ They have already engaged in many AMAs and have a highly active community in Discord, Telegram and Twitter.

Excitement and great anticipation are the sentiment in the community.

12/ There seems to be a strong presence of real gamers which is positive for the actual product use and adoption.

13/ On a recent visit to the Discord community we came across a live broadcast on the voice channel being led by the founder Yvan Feusi (aka Aiven).

This Q and A session ended up lasting for hours!

14/ The dev team shared their screen as they worked through the economic model, character design and the game 3D art amongst other things.

Some great insightful information on the project was shared in the most open and visible way.

15/ A lot of team founders 'talk the talk' but the Mavia team are 'walking the walk' with the actions they are taking.

16/ Words can be weak, but actions are the true sign of intent from someone and the Mavia team are displaying the intent to lead this project through open and honest transparency.

17/ Trust is a virtue earned through someone's behaviour, well done to the Mavia team for earning the trust of the community so early through their actions!
