Joyride Senior Vice President for Corporate Affairs Noli Eala on why they ventured to the 4-wheel passenger transport service: We feel that this completes our services that we want to provide the public as well as our driver partners.

Eala: We believe that with our track record in the last three years… Joyride car will also provide the same kind of affordable, quality, and safe services in the 4-wheel car hailing space.

Eala: One thing we are sure we do not believe in surge pricing... With more driver partners in the market, there will be more competition which will drive the prices of this services lower. We will be very competitive in our pricing.

Eala says their driver partners are allowed to use multiple ride hailing apps.

Eala on assistance for their partners in their motorcycle service: We continue to provide our partners more and more services. Part of that is making sure more merchants come on board… not only in Metro Manila but in other areas where we have started as well.

Eala: We are also part of the project providing ayuda for our drivers.

LA Public Works Commissioner Jessica Caloza: It’s an incredible honor to serves as the first Filipina commissioner in LA. We are a large department and we serve millions of residents in LA including many Filipino-Americans.

Caloza: The attorney general has been a force in that space, launching initiative to make sure we get a head of issues impacting not only Asians and Filipinos, but specifically women who are often times attacked as a result of hate crimes.

Caloza: We need to work with every single partner to make sure you feel safe in your neighborhood. We can only help if you report these incidents no matter how small you think they may be.
