This is an all-hands-on-deck moment.

This lawsuit is just one strategy we are pursuing to protect reproductive freedom in Michigan.
As we announced last month, we also launched a ballot measure campaign, @mireprofreedom, along with @michigan_voices, @mippadvocates, and a growing coalition.

@PPofMI and Michigan abortion provider Dr. Sarah Wallett filed a lawsuit to block enforcement of the state’s 90-year-old felony abortion ban under the Michigan Constitution and state civil rights laws.
The 1931 law makes it a felony to provide an abortion and threatens physicians with prison time. Today’s lawsuit argues that the ban violates the rights to liberty, bodily integrity, equal protection, and privacy under the Michigan Constitution and state civil rights laws.
