The ‘time capsule’ was a new addition to this year’s census form, which consisted of a blank space where people could write any message they wanted.

Charlie Bird is among those paying tribute to a Cork mother who died while taking part in a Climb With Charlie event with her children.

📸Cora O'Grady, of Mitchelstown in Cork, was on her way down from the Galtymore mountains when she suddenly became unwell.
🚁The Irish Community Air Ambulance attended at the scene. Paramedics battled to save her, but the mother-of-two was declared dead at the scene at 2pm.
