The Surya Namaskar helps create this harmony between your physical cycle and that of the sun.

Chants called Sun Salutation Mantras may accompany the Surya Namaskar. These chants bring harmony in body, breath and the mind. As the practice deepens, so do the benefits.

🌺Rishi Angiras was a direct son of Brahma, and one of the Prajapatis.🌺

He was a Vaidik Rishi who was himself an Agni Deva (Fire God) - indeed the Vedas call him “the first of Agni Devas”.

He has sometimes been one of the Saptarishis (which seven beings serve as the Saptarishis changes from Manvantara to Manvantara). Together with Rishi Atharvan, Rishi Angiras cognized/authored most of the Atharva Veda.

Specifically Rishi Angiras was an inspired expert in sorcery for warlike purposes, and taught many mantras and Vaidik rituals of war magic and the destruction of demons and other foes and dark forces, which are recorded in the Atharva Veda.

🌺JURAHARESWARAR TEMPLE – THE HIDDEN JEWEL OF KANCHI🌺

KALIDASA wondered that Jati, Vishnu, Rambha, and Kanchi are the best amongst the best of flower, man, woman and city respectively.

Kanchipuram called as the city of thousand temples, has around 250 temples in and around the city.

There are many lesser known, but ancient and architecturally beautiful temples among them.

JURAHARESWARAR TEMPLE (dedicated to Shiva) is one of those few temples less visited by devotees. Popular belief is that Shiva worship here cures the fever (Suram means fever in Tamil) and heat related diseases of the devotees.

There was a king named Satyarath who ruled over Vidarbha. Once he was attacked by a neighbouring king. Satyarath was killed in that battle. His wife somehow managed to save her life by hiding in a forest.

The queen was pregnant at that time.
At the shore of a pond she gave birth to a child. She was feeling thirsty, so she went into the pond to quench her thirst. Unfortunately she was killed by a crocodile who used to live in that pond.

The hungry child started crying- A beggar woman arrived there with her one year old child. Though her heart was filled with compassion seeing the hungry child cry but still she was hesitating to take him in her lap.
