Owning a house has been the aspiration of many hardworking Americans. It sure helps build generational wealth.
But lately, I've noticed that most of the new developments projects in SoCal are rental units.
With so many corporate-owned rental units on the market, the house prices #skyrocketing, the lower number of properties on the #market for sale, homeownership will drop much further, and the gap between rich and poor in #California will widen.
