The UK is giving millions of pounds of public money to Oil majors like Shell and BP through tax incentives. This means the UK takes barely $2/barrel in tax compared to Norway which takes over $20/barrel.(4/6) ⬇️
Taking that money back, from Oil and Gas companies record profits, we could power up our clean energy supply, fund an insulation drive, and support the poorest people through the energy crisis. (5/6) ⬇️
