- How to Purchase -
1. Sign up with Saitamask to activate your Wallet 2. Send ETH and/or Saitama to your Saitamask Wallet
ETHEREUM is required for all swaps and Token Approvals, so ensure you have some ETH to cover the gas fees.
3. Go to swap Function ~ 'Approve swap' This enables Saitamask to be allowed to use your tokens in the swap function for the selected token.
(This is required for every different token. And requires ETH for the gas fee of the approval transaction)
4.Swap ETH to Saitama (only If you have no Saitama)
After you have Saitama in your wallet ready to swap. And ETH to cover the gas fees
5. Go back to swap. Select Saitama & SaitaRealty
6. Enter your Pin and Select Swap.
*When asked how many tokens to approve Select option 2*
Don't forget Eth is required for the gas fees

Hints to help ensure your swap is successful.
~Set slippage to 49% (This can give you fewer SaitaRealty tokens than what is displayed prior to enabling swap)
~Select high Priority Gas fees
~Ensure you have a sufficient amount of ETH - Double the required amount or more.
~Ensure price impact is less then 5%
~Check your receiving amount of SaitaRealty tokens is less then 5 Trillion (You can hold more then 5T tokens in your wallet. But 5T is max per transaction)
~30 Second Transaction cooldown. Do not swap again before cooldown period expires.
SR is Exclusive to Saitama. Meaning - "YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE SAITAREALTY ON SAITAMASK" nowhere else!
