"Integrating Real Estate into the Blockchain"

SR aims to "CREATE & PROVIDE" a range of opportunities and resources to resolve challenges that many people across the globe are facing, whether it be individual, residential, business, or commercial development.
SR is a separate entity to Saitama but is under the same umbrella. Russ referred to it as the "Sister Token" in an AMA

Both tokens are an ERC-20 Token. This refers to the standard the tokens are subjected to.
The Initiative behind SR is to do a variety of things.
~Create Hyperburn,
~Bring valuation,
~Bring extra Utility to Saitama.

There is a plan to use the 'capital revenue'(found in token dynamics) and bridge the gap between physical assets and digital assets.

Commercial Land Development:

Create property opportunities for franchises to be able to utilize land for business structures and complexes.
Business Complexes:

Create and build infrastructures in the form of plazas, strip malls, and shopping centers to allow companies to strive for growth.
Zero-Emission Homes:

Designed with grid-tied solar panels and airtight insulation, which results in an energy-efficient and carbon-free environment.
Multi-Family Dwelling Units:

Build new town homes, condominiums, modular homes, and apartment complexes that are designed for families and individuals.
Affordable Housing:

Build and refurbish residential homes and apartment complexes to provide a place of residence for low-income veterans, nonveterans, and refugees.
- Tokenomics -

Total Supply 120Q
Burn 40% = 48Q Burnt after launch to incentivise early investors.
Liquidity 45% = 54Q Retail investors, Buy, Sell and swap.
Reserve 10% = 12Q Used as a Liquidity Provider for CEX's
Development 5% - 6 Q Development of SaitaRealty Infrastructure

- Revenue Distribution -

Burn goes to the burn wallet.

Redistribution goes back to the Holders/Stakers
Marketing Development is to provide funds to market and get SR out to the public. Side by Side with Saitama!

Capital is used to purchase property for development. When the property starts to generate revenue.

This 'Capital' Revenue will be distributed quarterly as follows:
50% Franchising and Expansion
25% Profit Redistribution for Staked Coin Holders
25% Outreach initiative for Homeless Veterans and Affordable Housing

~Reserves for CEX LP (Liquidity Pool)
- How to Purchase -

1. Sign up with Saitamask to activate your Wallet
2. Send ETH and/or Saitama to your Saitamask Wallet

ETHEREUM is required for all swaps and Token Approvals, so ensure you have some ETH to cover the gas fees.
3. Go to swap Function ~ 'Approve swap' This enables Saitamask to be allowed to use your tokens in the swap function for the selected token.

(This is required for every different token. And requires ETH for the gas fee of the approval transaction)
4.Swap ETH to Saitama (only If you have no Saitama)

After you have Saitama in your wallet ready to swap. And ETH to cover the gas fees

5. Go back to swap. Select Saitama & SaitaRealty

6. Enter your Pin and Select Swap.
*When asked how many tokens to approve Select option 2*

Don't forget Eth is required for the gas fees
WHY?
"Because the swap is still run through the ETH Blockchain"
Hints to help ensure your swap is successful.

~Set slippage to 49% (This can give you fewer SaitaRealty tokens than what is displayed prior to enabling swap)
~Select high Priority Gas fees
~Ensure you have a sufficient amount of ETH - Double the required amount or more.
~Ensure price impact is less then 5%
~Check your receiving amount of SaitaRealty tokens is less then 5 Trillion (You can hold more then 5T tokens in your wallet. But 5T is max per transaction)
~30 Second Transaction cooldown. Do not swap again before cooldown period expires.
SR is Exclusive to Saitama. Meaning - "YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE SAITAREALTY ON SAITAMASK" nowhere else!

Success in a purchase elsewhere puts you in harm's way. Expect zero return. Or continue to be ignorant and lose your funds.

I spent 40m to 1 hr trying to find @ElonMansur post of the photo in DUBAI overlooking a block of land.

I had no luck finding it. Does anybody know what he was hinting at? Please advise if you know.
I've also spent many hours today trying to find new information to share with you guys. I didn't have much luck. Obviously, being a new token there isn't much besides the Whitepaper

The future will tell what new utilities will be provided through SaitaRealty.
