In 1666 Isaac Newton discovered that sunlight could be split into different wavelengths of light that behave uniquely.

Since then light has been studied extensively. and its qualities, and how we can harness different wavelengths of light to improve human health
In 1935 we finally understood what a critical piece Vitamin D is to overall health and that skin exposure to a certain wavelength of ultraviolet light is responsible for stimulating Vitamin D production.

This opened the door further for the study of light's effect on health.
In 1993 NASA made a monumental finding in experiments involving the rapid growth of plants that were exposed to red light.

Researchers involved in this experiment also experienced unexpected healing of skin wounds due to their exposure to the red light.

Sleep
Nutrition
Movement
Respiration

Light is one of the primary conditions for the life of any biological organism.
Different wavelengths of light play important roles in regulating biological function.

From synchronizing our circadian rhythm to stimulating cellular energy production in the form of ATP, the entire spectrum affects our health.
Let's talk about Red Light Therapy [RLT] also known as Photobiomodulation.

Red light consists of visible wavelengths of light from 600nm-700nm in length on the electromagnetic spectrum

With infrared light ranging from 700nm-1400nm.
One of the core benefits seen from RLT is increased cellular energy via stimulated Adenosine Triphosphate [ATP] production.

ATP is the energy your mitochondria use to power your cells
