Habits I’ve observed from the thinnest ppl at my uni a 🪡 Image
First allow me to start off that this is a thread for edtwt so pls dni if you aren’t edtwt. Also yes I am also aware that any body size can have these habits. I just get more motivation from walking thinspo.
In this thread i will cover eating habits (how they eat, what they eat), how active they are, how they socially interact in settings around food, and maybe clothing. Okay let’s get started !!
EATING HABITS:

- almost always healthy with GREENERY

- always 2 meals + snack

- never seen them finish a meal

- and are engaged in conversation opposed to electronics and if their friend is on their phone they’ll still stay pretty attentive to their food so they aren’t +
mindlessly eating everything in sight

- in social settings where there’s food, they will eat the least. Will also drink the least alcohol as well

- most of them are probably not disordered, but they pay really good attention to calories and making sure they are not eating+
Too much junk food

- they always drink the HUGE water bottles and I don’t see them drink soda unless it’s diet but p much just water

- their snacks are almost always veggies no sauce, nuts, protein bars, or protein yog

- their breakfast will typically be something light
- and their lunch or dinner will typically be a salad, wrap, or when they cook it’s like the wieiad model tik toks…iykyk

- they also take small and slow bites (oldest tip ever tbh)
Let’s take a moment to discuss coffee:

- most of them drink what I drink, however I’ve see this thin girl apparently get two frappuccinos in one day

- the men are either Americanos, black coffee, latte OR venti sugary frappes…there’s no in between bc they don’t know
- I’ve seen a lot of thin girls get the sugary venti frappuccinos as well (like that one girl^^), but they’re super thin too. The people who are larger actually don’t even drink all that stuff so take that how you want actually I don’t see them in coffee shops a lot tbh so nvm
A lot of them are sports people but if they aren’t here’s how they stay active even if they don’t workout:
ACTIVITY:

- before I start I know some ppl have hidden disabilities so take this how you want, but they are always the only ones taking the stairs with me in my dorm (school buildings: not many ppl are risking the old elevators, only a select few)
- they walk to class always, they will never spend money on those scooters

- if they aren’t on a sports team, I see them regularly going to the gym (yoga classes, simple treadmill or elliptical stuff, kickboxing, zumba, etc.)

- a lot of them rock climb too it’s wild
- a lot of them do everything they can to get some extra burned cals in

ex: my friend and I alternate walking each other to each other’s dorms just to burn more cals she isn’t disordered but she will be snatched this summer and I respect it !!!
CLOTHING:

- sometimes they’re like the girls on tik tok…sometimes just wear ANYTHING

- but a lotttttt of them actually just wear simple stuff and it looks pretty cute

- my one friend he designs his own clothes and they’re SO SO CUTE !! They’re like y2k and stuff
- i see a lot of the stuff I want to wear when I’m thin from them, I see them explore more “aesthetics” and it’s cute

- now one thing about my campus, any size can dress there, but again I do see them being more “adventurous” sometimes
- the men oh my goshhhh I’ve never experienced gender envy until I got to school. And the most simple outfits. T shirts and shorts, sweatshirts, idk that basic stuff (they aren’t as creative as my friend) BUT THEY LOOK GOOD

- now I’ve learned the men actually+
are very very jacked but bc the muscle is lean that’s why they look thin for a lot of them, others are just like that teenage gamer boy fr who has a fast metabolism…yall know exactly what I’m talking about

- but most men are gymbros. They really help me with tips too
In conclusion, they take a lot of time to pay attention to what they’re eating, but also let themselves enjoy things as well. To all things in life there should be balance and I think they show that very well but also wonderful self control.
