We’ve been a bit busy of late, and have neglected the Twitter sphere. To get you back up to speed here’s a short 🧵 
M Coy have been deployed to Norway 🇳🇴 since Jan. they completed the beast that is the Cold Weather Warfare Course and then supported Ex Cold Response @NATO @BrigRCantrillRM
They then chopped to Iceland 🇮🇸 where they joined Exercise Northern Viking alongside @22nd_MEU. All reports are that it was a hoofing exercise with a great deal learned by all! Special thanks to @BryonyMathew for her support.
The @HMSMontrose boarding team has swapped out, but not before they were able to do some Defence Engagement @UKMCCMiddleEast
We’ve recovered from another #Flintlock22 @USSOCAF a brilliant chance to work with our Nigerian 🇳🇬 Partner Force
