Ængel Rose (also known as Natalie Greenfield), has made a public statement seeking to end any further animosity between her and Doug Wilson. She has stated that waiting on him (presumably to apologize) was killing her.

We have deep compassion for Natalie’s circumstances, and understand her wanting to simply be free from any further entanglement with Wilson and other Christ Church members.

The facts of what happened to Natalie have been corroborated.

The primary source documents that are on the record have established that:

(1) A student from Doug Wilson’s seminary, an adult in his 20s, groomed & sexually assaulted Natalie, beginning when she was 14. This heinous act qualifies as statutory rape in every state in America.

(2) Doug Wilson disastrously mishandled Natalie’s case, including threatening to release her diaries, characterizing the rapes as consensual, excommunicating her as she struggled w/the aftermath of what had happened to her

(3) The other pastor involved, Peter Leithart, made a public apology to Natalie for his part.

(4) The CREC denomination report demonstrates how Wilson mishandled Natalie’s situation. CREC is the denomination formed by Doug Wilson in 1998.
