Being physically attractive to women is easier than ever.
Your competition:

• Fat
• Lazy
• Weak
• Unimpressive

It's easy to stand out from the crowd.
Focus on building muscle.

If you're new to lifting, body recomposition will happen fast. Within a few months of lifting you will look like a different person.

Use this to your advantage.
Build a strong chest, shoulders, and arms.

These muscles stand out and are considered the most attractive. They are also the easiest to build.

Can be done with bodyweight, free weights, machines, cables, rings, whatever.

Having a thin waist puts the icing on the cake. Wide shoulders with a thin waist gives you a formidable appearance.

This must be done through diet.

Get below 15% bodyfat. Your abs will pop before you know it.

Basic grooming is important. You don't need to spend 3 hours every morning brushing your hair.

Wash your face. Don't be ugly.

@BowTiedFawn and @med_conscience can help with that.
If you do these things you will be attractive to 99% of women.

Seriously.

Build some confidence.
Build some muscles.
Build a sense of humor.
Build a relationship.
Now that you have a strong relationship you'll probably want to live a long and healthy life, right?

Do that here👇

If your doctor prescribes statins without Coenzyme Q10 it is malpractice.

Statins deplete CoQ10 and you feel terrible.
If your doctor prescribes Metformin without B12 it is malpractice.

Metformin depletes B12 when used chronically. You lose energy and feel terrible.

Consider Berberine instead of Metformin. It does not have such side effects.
If your doctor prescribes any PPI without magnesium it is malpractice.

Proton pump inhibitors inhibit magnesium absorption. Follow @Grimhood for all the benefits of magnesium.

Hippocrates is the Father of Medicine.

This classical period Greek physician revolutionized medicine. His insights were nothing short of amazing, considering he was practicing from 460-370 BC.

His quotes are relevant and insightful to this day. Here are my favorites 👇
"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

Hippocrates was ahead of his time recognizing the importance of food in healing.

We eat highly processed diets today and suffer the consequences. Obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer's, and more.

Eat whole foods.
"Walking is man's best medicine."

The health benefits of walking cannot be overstated.

- Fat loss
- Blood flow
- Mental clarity
- Mitochondrial health

Hippocrates recognized the healing abilities of frequent walking, something we ignore today.

Walk 10k steps daily.

Observation:

>75% of single young women have anxiety/depression

~33% of single young men have anxiety/depression
~33% are losers with nothing going on in their lives (porn/video game addicted, slobs, etc.)
~33% are healthy, good shape, doing just fine
I'm not sure what to make of this.

Our society claims to champion women. I don't see it. I see a small group of ambitious women who are happy.

The rest are sad, unhealthy, and hate their young lives.
Young men are no better.

Some find their way and build a good career. But the pool of available women is shrinking.

Men aren't going to college at high rates anymore and women don't like to date down the education ladder (stats reflect this, not my opinion).

Pfizer was finally made to publish their adverse events.

I took a moment to highlight a few things that cause or increase your risk of clotting.

This is only part of 2 pages out of 9 pages of adverse events.
"Embol" is mentioned 58 times.

"Thrombo" is mentioned 136 times.

Those who said there was nothing to these reports were just following the science, right?
They've had this data. They lied about it. The media and medical establishment went along with it and lied about it.

If you were duped, I'm sorry.
Take the loss and join the good fight.

"House of God" is one of the most influential books in the history of Medicine.

This satirical fiction novel written by a future Psychiatrist about his Intern year of medicine is both beloved and hated by the medical community.

Here are 12 lessons I learned:
First things first,

The novel was written in 1978 and is a fictional depiction of Samuel Shem, an intern at Beth Israel Hospital.

It describes the harm and misery doctors suffer during their residency training.

It also gives a peak behind the curtain of hospital medicine. Stephen Bergman, author
This novel is reviled by many, including the NY Times who still writes hit pieces about this book to this day.

It gives readers a semi-accurate view of the way their doctors view them, attacking the myth of doctoral perfectionism head on.

Let's get into it.

Don't underestimate the importance of a routine in your daily life. Humans thrive on routine.
Even if you don't have a strict schedule you will feel better and be more efficient if you create structure in your life.

1) Hydration

The first thing you do when you wake up is drink water. Ideally 1 liter of water upon waking up.

Most of you are chronically dehydrated. Start the day off right. Do it every day and you'll crave it in the morning.

1 liter before your morning coffee.
