Not only Putin must be held accountable for this war but also those who incite hatred against Ukranians and lie to Russians about “peaceful operation” and help to mislead the public. And I am meaning not only Soloviev or Simonian. A THREAD 🔽

Who are these “men of the people”? Local politicians. You can see their names on a ballot or on the local television. Some of them are your neighbours or even ex-classmates. You put a lot of trust into your fellow townsmen (who have been lying to you about the war)

For example, Alexey Denisenko, a member of regional parliament of Chelyabinsk Oblast. Denisenko helps Putin to stir up this war by saying, as he puts it, “Only Nationalistic battalions, nationalists and neo-fascists are fighting in Ukraine”.

The chairperson of the Legislative assembly in Primorsky Krai Alexander Rolik lies to his fellow countrymen as well. He says “Putin is a peacemaker and he decided to end the endless Donbass crisis”. That’s simply bullshit, he knows it and continues to spread lies.

The chairperson of the Legislative assembly of Saint Petersburg Alexander Belsky has recently delivered a speech at the festival “Crimean spring” and said “the Russian army liberates Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast”. From whom? From children, women and eldery?

Roman Govor, a member of the Legislative assembly of the Kemerovo Oblast, says “Ukraine is represented by Nazis” and implies that the West has been governed by them as well. I guess, this way it’s easier for him to deny
the corpses of civilians killed in Bucha.

People who have been listening to Govor, Rolik, Denisenko on the local television have never visited a foreign country. They are prone to trust the television. These obnoxious Roliks, Govors, Denisenkos just exploit it.

Everyone I’ve mentioned in this thread are members of Putin’s party United Russia. These local politicians are no less dangerous than propagandists on the federal television. I found 20 of them who have been inciting this war more than others:

I want new sanctions to be adopted against them. I do want them to be held accountable for their words and actions. They should become an example for every single war accomplice that sooner or later there will be consequences.
