Arranza: I think ayusin mabuti at i-review mabuti ng DOST at ahensya ng gobyerno upang sa ganon, maayos natin at maging friendly ang climate natin.

Labog: We eagerly wait for what our scientists propose. I will ensure the funds will be earmarked for the space agency program

Labog: I will ask our scientists if we can build in the Philippines any equipment that they may need. This means employment not just for scientists, but for highly skilled workers

Arranza: We are not all experts here in science. We have to learn from experts. We have to recruit those who have the background.

Arranza: We have to recruit people who are welders, who have the background so that hindi na tayo magtagal, because we have no luxury of time. We have to do it and we have to do it fast.

Arranza: Hindi tayo basta-basta maghigpit or magluwag. Studies should be very careful, because we are treading in very sensitive issues in the country. Malaki ang mga social media, malaki ang naco-contribute, we need to be very strict. (2/2)

Arranza: I don't object to registering all these, kasi mawawala yung mga hacker, mawawala yung mga threats, mawawala yung mga machination na pagkuha ng pera, pagtakot sa tao. I want sana na lahat, pantay-pantay. Restrict one, restrict all.
