Yati Narsinhanand who is a hatemonger is out on bail and IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE PRESENT IN SUCH PROGRAMMES according to his bail order.
About Una Dharm sansad, it was petitioned in the SC that this should be stopped. Court did not find a reason to stop it and asked the petitioner to tell the local administration about how dharm sansad is not ok.

Yati is out on bail for the #haridwardharmsansad case, one of his bail conditions were that he can NOT participate in such events.
About the Dharm Sansad, it is being organised in Mubarikpur, Una. One of the organisers Satyadev Saraswati talking to NDTV said, "we don't believe in any law we are not scared of anyone, what we are saying is the truth, not #hatespeech "

On the eve of 16th April, the procession reached the village mosque and started raising slogans "Jay shree ram", "hindustan mein rehna hai, to jay shree ram kehna hai". Violence broke out after between both the communities and few people including policemen got injured.
Soon the police forces reached and immediately arrested 6 people.
The hindu groups which included BJP leader Jay Bhagwan Saini refused to leave the place and were wanting to carry out the procession from there.
