Literally, they themselves are saying that this ongoing widespread daily use of Hindu religious platforms to target Muslims is a new and welcome development for them. And they are taking it as a sign for "dharmyudh" (holy war). And telling everyone to arm themselves & attack.

As Zubair notes, this is a clear violation of Yati's bail conditions. But that is only relevant if the law & order machinery has any interest in actual law & order.

There is no real institutional penalty or disincentive in 2022 India for inciting genocide publicly.

There is no deterrent against inciting Muslim genocide in India these days. In fact there are clear financial & political incentives for doing so.

This is not a sin of omission by the Indian government, letting these daily genocidal events unfold. It's a sin of commission.

No amount of inquiry commissions can deter collective sins of commission.

Is there a body count minimum I'm unaware of for us to call an ongoing genocide an ongoing genocide? Because they themselves are now literally calling it genocide themselves. As you can see everyday from video evidence. Where they taunt police etc.
