The LTFRB clarifies it is ‘not privy’ to the alleged window hour scheme with provincial bus operators from 10 pm to 5 am in Metro Manila. Image
Though the agency ‘respects’ the scheme initiated by MMDA, LTFRB says this should not connote that bus companies can only operate within the specified time.
The scheme that was agreed with the operators says that beyond the supposed window hours, buses can only stop at designated integrated terminal exchange such as the PITX.
