The reporting quality of published literature needs improvement though! We recommend to use #CLAIM and #TRIPOD assessment tools prior to submitting manuscripts, because many of the fields are easily fixed and will improve translation of these algorithms into clinical practice.
We also recommend to combine IDH status prediction with glioma grade prediction in future studies! #WHO Classification of CNS Tumors 2021
