There are more skeletons in the bonkers garage. Because of course there are. Can't unsee... #SaturdayNightZillow
Don't ask me why there is a red Octopus grabbing a Ron John surfboard on *a horse estate in Ohio* on Zillow, because I don't have any answers for this madness other than to say: this is pretty pure #SaturdayNightZillow material.
They saved some antique legit movie seats from a local theater. A nice touch. #SaturdayNightZillow
Mostly, though, it's a really nice horse estate. And you could own it right now for $825K. (Near my neighborhood they are selling *townhouses* in the shadow of the Capital Beltway for the mid $1M's.)
Up next, a ~$2M Fort Lauderdale house dedicated to Hemingway. Each room of "Casa Floridita" supposedly represents a different one of his novels. Also, there are some sinks. #SaturdayNightZillowzillow.com/homedetails/41…?
Fun backyard w/cooling fog machine, Tiki bar, grill, swings, the works. #SaturdayNightZillow. Listing says you get a website and it's a "great" Air B&B too, so...
Maybe you want a big house with a big indoor pool, weird sinks, a sweet kitchen and a spaceship-style shower in Illinois? $2.6M and it's yours. #SaturdayNightZillowzillow.com/homedetails/60…?
Where my Midcentury Modern fans at? This $1.4M New York home won a design award in 1961. It's cantilevered over a rock outcropping. Looks very livable. Makes me want to shout "Groovy!" #SaturdayNightZillowzillow.com/homedetails/30…?
Funky bathroom built into the rock. Took me a while to find the shower head. #SaturdayNightZillow
I really like this kitchen. Never seen anything quite like it. #SaturdayNightZillow
Weird listing. $50,000 buys you a large brick former utility company building on a quarter acre in California. Not zoned residential. And the decor could be better. Listing touts that it comes with an outhouse, so there's that... #SaturdayNightZillowzillow.com/homedetails/24…?
Just one more house coming tonight. And it's a fun one!
Finishing up #SaturdayNightZillow with this 6K sf listing in Ontario. Originally a church, then a Buddhist temple and now offices. Open house Sunday. I assume it's going to auction because the listing price is $1? They suggest remodeling it into a home. zillow.com/homedetails/11…?
I hope you enjoyed #SaturdayNightZillow! Most of the homes were found by my wife and sister in law, but the lede house was found by my 10-year-old daughter.
In the next tweet I'll post a bonus: Video of a house with the largest closet in America and a party shower for 20.
Click play to see the craziest closet in USA, with the bonus of the owner showing off her party shower for 20 and talk about the filming of videos where, well, just watch. It's mesmerizing. 12M views and counting...

Two years ago, Congress considered banning 18-20 year-olds from buying AR-15s and other semi-automatic rifles after the Uvalde massacre, and some Republicans were briefly open to doing so but ultimately blocked including a ban in the bipartisan gun bill signed by Biden.
Then-Florida Governor Rick Scott signed a law raising the age to buy guns in his state to 21 after the Parkland massacre, but then opposed doing the same for the nation as a US Senator. He told reporters it was easier to do it at the state level.
McConnell actually enacted a law one day to raise the age to buy cigarettes to 21. But he didn't want to talk two years ago about a proposal to raise the age for buying rifles.
Soaring cost estimates for extending Trump tax cuts set up a crucial 2025 fight:
*CBO puts tab at $4.6 Trillion over next decade
*Fight comes with US debt far higher than 2017, interest costs ballooning & Social Security cliff looming...
w/@chrisjcondon bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
*Trump wants more tax cuts, along with massive new tariffs — aka a tax on imports — that would raise consumer prices but offset at least some of the cost.
*Biden wants to extend breaks <$400K a year paired with higher taxes on corporations and the wealthy.
If past is prologue, Congress will again play Santa Claus. With a few exceptions, Congress has repeatedly increased spending and cut taxes since 2001.

One of the scarier things I've seen on Zillow. Let's hope this is a prop and not an actual electric chair. #FridayNightZillow
Ozempic can be produced for less than $5 a month, a new study found, but Danish company Novo Nordisk charges Americans $968.52. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
Bernie Sanders insisting the company charge Americans no more than it charges Canadians for the same drug.

McConnell helped nix:

Individual mandate
Medicare dental & vision
Dream Act
$35 insulin cap
Minimum wage hike
Flag burning amendment
Making Election Day a holiday
Public option
SCOTUS filibuster
Pro Act 1/6 Commission
Oil export ban
Cap&trade
Tax hikes
Vast majority of laws since 2007 have had either the acquiescence of McConnell or his outright support, with notable exceptions, like the Affordable Care Act, the Inflation Reduction Act, Obama stimulus, Biden Covid relief, Dodd-Frank, Lilly Ledbetter, USA Freedom Act, Paygo.
One way to look at McConnell is that he has often had the role of editor of Congress. Empowered by the filibuster and his conference, he had a key veto point in Washington; spending, taxing and legislating had to pass through his filter.
